A convincing argument to lend to the "should you haggle" debate. My husband loves to haggle because he too grew up in that kind of culture where it's expected but I think I'm starting to win him over. I just pay. Just the fact that people are out in the elements all day trying hard to earn a buck tugs at my heartstrings.
