A lot of parks in the U.S.

…e on the street. One Saturday morning, the park was still locked at 8 am, so I ran loops around it. Who locks the parks at night and why?

A lot of parks in the U.S. and also here in Trinidad get locked at night in an effort to keep them clean and safe... would assume France would be the same.
