Christmas and Spring Break are the two busiest times of the year unfortunately. The parks are extremely crowded… long wait times for everything. I wouldn’t visit the parks then personally. Going to the beach in Dec is usually too chilly but not always. Kinda depends what the weather feels like doing. 🙂
