Great point.

… to love it. I am not blind to what must be better. I see problems and the country’s own cruelties. Yet, with my Soviet childhood, it is easy to keep the perspective — the US is the place to be, trust me.

Great point. A lot of people complain about the US, and of course it does have its problems, but there are a lot worse places to be.
