Happy to read your comment. Very thoughtful. I actually think about your pub a lot believe it or not. I always admired how you set it up and how you have maintained a dedicated structure.

I'm sure it must get frustrating when people do not follow the rules and guidelines for formatting. It does take a lot of patience. I've actually come to believe though that by approaching writers in a certain manner and with the best of intentions that most actually appreciate it. I've even had people thank me when I was bracing to be told off. 😆

Seems to more than make up for the one or two who may choose to take things more negatively.

Thanks for all that you do and for setting such a great example for the rest of us to follow. Great job and please keep it up!
