I started losing hair badly last year. It was getting really thin and I was starting to get sad and scared. I was stressed out a lot but my main problem ended up being anemia. Now that I'm taking iron supplements my hair is doing a lot better... not as stressed out either. Hair is so important, especially for women. It's a big contributor towards self-esteem,
