I thought they were great prompts as well. You could go in all kinds of directions with any of them. I agree that it's been fun to see what people have come up with.

I have to say though that I do think it's a mistake for you not to enter. I think you would do great. With regards to work you could write about your most interesting clinical cases... just change names and maybe a few defining characteristics... would that still be considered ethical? Did you ever read The Men on My Couch?
