I use a lot of my own photos in my stories but I have used Unsplash quite a bit as well up until recently. Mostly I just love the photos on Unsplash and there seems to be a lot of talented photographers. I consider myself to be a very amateur photographer. However I will be transitioning to using more of my own. I do wish Unsplash had a way to pay their photographers... a program like we have here at Medium, for instance.
