It's definitely a struggle sometimes. Hopefully things will get better for you soon!

… that said, the recovery process has been quite challenging. I’m mentally and physically exhausted. Staying upbeat and positive is a struggle sometimes. I’m not too proud to admit that I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression during this time. There has been some frustration as well.
