It's so completely unprofessional for a boss to talk to your coworkers about that kind of stuff. In some companies she could have lost her own job for that. We don't always live in a fair world though. I don't exactly keep mental health problems a secret at work although I am careful what I say to whom. Some people are totally cool but there are others who will unfortunately just use it to judge you. Sad to say!
