…t the soul-crushing weight of what is happening in the USA overwhelm us. That does nobody any good. In short, we need to get very good at taking mental breaks.

It’s so difficult right now. Want to keep up with the news but it’s so crazy and depressing so I skip a lot of it. I just hope some of the country is left in four years!
