Kindness and patience do go a long way.

What I wish some vendors understood is all it takes is being kind and patient. If you are kind and patient with me, I’m much more likely to buy something from you.

Kindness and patience do go a long way. I do not like pushy salespeople but I wonder how many people they are able to pressure into buying stuff. 🤔
