Oh wow, I’ve had an account for a few years but all of a sudden Stripe gave me some drama about a few things last month that I had to straighten out. Kinda weird just out of the blue like that. I would guess they have to deal with a lot of fraud and people trying to do malicious stuff but they should be able to get it figured out for you. Sounds frustrating!
