Sobering thoughts. But also quite realistic. I have the big 50 coming up next year and although I'd love to be more like the Japanese, I'm dreading it just like most of my fellow Americans 🫤

That being said, at this point in life I'm happier and more content than I've ever been before. Interesting how that works isn't it? 🤔
