Sounds funny but I would actually take it as a compliment. When you start becoming successful at something there are people who will be happy for you and encourage you to keep going and then there will be a handful of people who are jealous or downright spiteful. They like to cause waves and get attention and sadly don't know any other way to do it. The best thing you can do is ignore them. They tend to make me laugh or sometimes I just feel sorry for them as they must live very unhappy lives.
