This is such an interesting article. Here in Trinidad it's pretty much the same. We only have air in our bedroom and fans in the rest of the house. Only large businesses like supermarkets have central air.

Interesting also about your hair drying out. I've had this problem, too, and we keep our air on all night. I put coconut oil on my hair but even then it still feels dry sometimes. Will have to look into other treatments. Thanks for this great article!
