Well said. It takes a village. I believe in that, for one thing. And thoughtful programs do help. I was bullied in school and of course back then nothing was done. However, then when I saw that my daughter was getting bullied I put her into a program that taught her skills to combat it and the bully was put in a program as well. After that she was fine. It does work!
