What a fascinating post. I had not heard of this term before but I have noticed that when I engage in the three activities you mention I do feel better. Fasting is no fun and takes a lot discipline but it does make my body feel good afterward. Same with intensive exercise. Now I understand the science behind this so thank you for that!
