Wow, while I appreciate your comment it seems so rather negative although I do understand that to a certain extent. I am inviting diversity, which can open myself up to such criticisms and I understand that. I accept those who ask to be added as writers no matter who they are as long as the tone of their writing seems like a good fit. I feel like there are plenty of places all across the internet where we can find negatively slanted stories in this regard. So, I'm looking foster diversity in a positive way.

Now that I have a little more time I might start seeking out new writers to add though. I would like to add diversity to our editing team as well. Really, this pub is just getting started. However, to me it's more about how a person interacts within the Medium community through reads, comments, their stories and the quality of their writing, rather than the color of anyone's skin.
